Sorry to see this review come through while we are trying to sort the delivery issues for you. You had requested redelivery to a DHL collection point, however, the item was too large for the space at the collection point selected and pushed back to the delivery depot to process and deliver to your home address. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when we are let down by delivery partners, and we will try our best to resolve these quickly.

“Originally found this company when I needed to buy a dog guard for my Mini. Went back to them as we needed roof bars for a Roof box and instant messaged them for advice on which ones. We were given really helpful and spot on advice. An amazing price and selection compared to other sites. Roof bars fitted perfectly and are great quality. “I was delighted by the response to questions I had about the rubber car mats i.e. I was only after perfectly fitted floor mats for my seat leon, Drive den responded quickly and truthfully and when the product arrived it fitted perfectly.
