“I had been searching everywhere to get a roof rack for my Volvo V40 Cross County 64 plate but no one had the right model. I punched in my Reg to the internet and DriveDen came up so thought I had nothing to lose, it arrived promptly and I fitted it today. Very easy to fit and very sturdy, just exactly what i was looking for. 5 stars for service and ease of fitting.”

“Preserving from site was easy and uncomplicated, plenty of info given. Product arrived in excellent condition and on the allotted date. As for the product, it eventually fitted my car after a lot of fidgeting and re-measuring of the rubber stop bars. Instructions are quite poor and very little words used if any, mainly pictographs which leaves a lot of room for error. Racks fitted eventually but you never get the same watertight seal on your doors as there is a gap and any rainfall will penetrate the door, it does run down to the sill but wouldn’t like to hazard about any long term damage.”

“Ordered a boot mat which arrived very quickly and in a secure package. Found a small split in it upon opening and sent an email in with a picture. Received a really quick reply and new mat arrived the following day. No quibbles just great service. New mat is perfect and very good quality.”

“The ordering process is straight forward. Delivery options are very good. I had an issue with part of my last order and the customer service is second to none. Thank you to all the team for sorting out my issue. The issue was not rested to the quality of the Roof Bars, to to my brand new model car. Thanks again”
