Thank you, I am pleased we could help you with the technical issue you had during the initial set up of your combination padlock. The replacement allowed you to still secure the tennis court over the busy bank holiday weekend. Although occasionally mechanical items do not behave in the manner they should do, we felt it was important to sort this issue as soon as possible. We can then investigate the original padlock once it comes back to us as we like to know why things do not always work they way we expect. Thank you for your lovely positivie feedback on the way we dealt with this.

Thank you, I am pleased the webiste helped you find the right weatherproof padlock you needed. Courier orders receive dispatch notification when DPD collect the parcel.
