I have never had to buy secure padlocks before and found Nothing but padlocks perfect for what I needed - they explained the ins and outs of different types of lock, insurance approval, keyed alike, etc. I ordered my two sets of locks, they arrived within a few days, I now have a secure building and my key rings are hugely simpler!!! Thank you, I am pleased we could help you with the technical issue you had during the initial set up of your combination padlock. The replacement allowed you to still secure the tennis court over the busy bank holiday weekend. Although occasionally mechanical items do not behave in the manner they should do, we felt it was important to sort this issue as soon as possible. We can then investigate the original padlock once it comes back to us as we like to know why things do not always work they way we expect. Thank you for your lovely positivie feedback on the way we dealt with this.

Thank you. This is a great closed shackle marine padlock which will tolerate the harsh outdoor weather. The key retaining feature is a definitely useful and helps prevent the padlock being left open or 'wandering off' when not put back in place.
