“There was a slight delay in delivery as the item was briefly out of stock but the company let me know immediately with a tentative delivery date which was satisfactorily met in all respects. The padlock itself meets the description on the website, is of great quality, and excellent value for money.”

“Service and product excellent. My real disappointment is the lack of a discount...I bought the "same padlock, same key" product....probably 20+ sets over the last 18 months and I still have to pay the full price.....seems very harsh to a regular customer. Regards Terry Braithwaite”

“Delivery arrived late with packaging and a key damaged, it was left with a distant neighbour but no delivery note left. Having returned the damaged item for replacement half a week ago I have to date received no update from this company.”

“I purchased a small padlock from Nothing But Padlocks some time ago and was very happy with their response time and the quality of the product. Recently, I needed a larger padlock to secure a gated area where dogs could run free. I went to Nothing But Padlocks again and received the same good service. The original padlock, an Abus, has been outside in foul weather (in Scotland) for some months without any sign of deterioration and I hope the latest padlock will do the same.”
