“I ordered a padlock on a Saturday and the website insisted on me paying for expensive next day delivery which I didn't need. It was then delivered on the following Tuesday. This apparently was because I ordered late on a Saturday so it was processed on a Monday and delivered the next day. It would be better if Nothing But Padlocks had an alternative cheap delivery service for those of us who are not in a rush but the company refunded my next day delivery charge when I complained. The lock was alright at first but proved faulty. I returned it and immediately was given a refund so I rate them a good company to do business with.”

“There was a slight delay in delivery as the item was briefly out of stock but the company let me know immediately with a tentative delivery date which was satisfactorily met in all respects. The padlock itself meets the description on the website, is of great quality, and excellent value for money.”
