“One of the combination padlocks I can’t get to work. I am unable to lift the shackle to lift up fully in order to set the combination code. The second padlock is perfectly fine ! Andrew Wood l.”

Thank you for leaving a review, as we were not aware you had an issue with one of your small combination padlocks. I am very sorry to hear this as we take any faulty padlock issues seriously and look to resolve any that are brought to our attention. Our team would have been happy to take your call to talk through any issues and replace a padlock if it could not have been resolved. Although we were not able to have that discussion, I have arranged for a replacement to be posted to you.

Normally, Friday dispatches are delivered on a Monday but the couriers were busy so used the weekend to increase delivery slots.
