“An excellent website detailing a full range of options with positive and upbeat descriptions and advice. I now know a lot more about padlocks than I did before and I have even got a case of padlock envy. I want an Ingersol or an Abloy but I'm not sure why! The only suggestion i could make to improve matters is that despite the dimensions it was quite difficult to assess the size of the padlock perhaps a picture in context or the padlock being held in the hand. nice job well done”

I am pleased to hear our website was full of useful information and advice. We have tried to include pictures of the padlocks in situ or as you suggest being held but maybe we could extend this. So thank you for your feedback as we find it really useful. Nothing wrong with a bit of padlock envy either even if it left you wanting the Ingersoll or Abloy without knowing why! “I ordered 3 combination padlocks which arrived next day, as promised. Sadly I ordered the wrong size so was forced to return them, which was an easy process, obtaining a return note from their website. Refund was processed immediately, which is highly unusual. I will definitely be ordering the correct size locks, and would unreservedly recommend Nothing But for anyone’s padlock needs.”

“I ordered on 02/04/23 and I still haven’t even received an email that my order has been dispatched! Sent 2 emails to them but no reply. I will also wait next week and if I don’t receive the products, I will fight for a refund.”

Thank you for your emails regarding your order. Although we answered each of them promptly, I am sorry that it appears you were not receiving them. As soon as you placed your order, we tried to contact you to advise that you had ordered a restricted product, which carried a minimum order quantity of 20 units, as outlined on the webpage. Unfortunately, this meant we were not able to supply you with the single padlock. As we could not get in touch with you, we fully refunded your order. I was pleased to be able to explain this to you when we managed to make contact.
