“Great quality product, fast delivery, really nice overall. Would be good for, just for extra safety if the parts at the front of the screen were a bit more raised to protect the screen better if dropped face down”

Hi Cole, As clearly stated on our site, our products are made to order. This means it takes 4 working days for us to manufacture, quality check, pack and ship our orders. This was explained to you shortly after your order was placed, and you were offered a full refund and to cancel your order when you complained about the speed of delivery. It transpired that your case was actually a freebie for winning a competition, hence you not taking the offer of a refund. The only way to get cases out quicker is to have them produced in bulk. This would mean we would have to stock a drastically smaller range of designs and also a much smaller range of models. Thanks, Mark

“Customer service great, no issues with order from selection to payment to delivery, website excellent as well. I would say the case is slightly less high quality and sturdy than I was expecting for £15, but it looks great and the first time I drop it I'm sure it'll stand the test.”

“Really Nice case. Loads of choice! Quick delivery and looks great. Only slight worry is the case is a touch slippy to hold compared to others I’ve had. But a great product.”

“The process was really quick and easy. Notifications of dispatch were made as promised and I received both cases within the timescale mentioned in the website. The quality was really good. Only issue was down to my error in ordering a case for the wrong model of phone - a Huawei P10 instead of a Huawei P20 Lite. Doh! Will get another order sent when I get back from holiday”
