Good morning Robert, We are delighted that you were impressed by our packaging and customer service. As per our email correspondence, we apologise on behalf of Royal Mail regarding the 1-day delivery delay experienced. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions, delays have been more common as couriers work through increased parcel volumes with a reduced workforce. We are glad that the delay was swiftly resolved but of course apologise that we were not able to meet the delivery estimate provided when the order was placed. Kind regards, Matt
