“Never received my item and customer service does not respond to my emails . I believe they want to keep my money and not help me with finding my item that hasn’t arrived !!”

Good morning Kelley, Unfortunately, due to public holidays in the UK, today is our first day back in the office since Christmas. I can confirm that once we were first notified of an issue on December 23rd we promptly responded and opened an investigation with DHL as they have marked the item as being delivered to the address on December 20th. We will continue to work with DHL to provide a resolution for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Matt
