“Both items are perfect and arrived promptly in excellent packaging. An exchange due to size was handled impeccably and the staff were very helpful during a telephone call despite my terrible line which was breaking up all the time… Full marks for patience and courtesy from Norton Marie. “Brilliant service. I had a problem with Klarna and needed to cancel my order and start again. Within 10 mins of emailing them, this was done and sorted for me. I managed to reorder immediately and my item was posted straight away. Incredibly good service and won't hesitate to use Norton Barrie again. Thank you.”
