“Easy to order, used click and collect. The staff are lovely, happy to help, friendly and give an honest opinion. I did return an item and there were no issues or 20 questions! refund was back in my account with 5 mins. The lady who was working at the time was friendly, efficient and non-judgemental ( I was in my horse riding clothes!)”

Hi Robert, We are very sorry about this. We picked your item and came to realise the item had been labelled wrong by Belstaff and instead of being a 2XL it was infact a Large. Your order was placed at 10:39am and we fully refunded you at 11:40am as we didn''t have any 2XL's left in stock in Grey. Apologies for this Robert, but unfortunately mistakes like this do happen from time to time. Regards Nikki
