We do offer a return service from the U.S. via DHL at a flat rate of $40, which also includes the option for an exchange. This information is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and on the product page under Delivery & Returns prior to purchase. While we always aim to make the process as smooth and fair as possible, international shipping costs are unfortunately fixed by our courier partners.
