“Ordered a high value item 2.5 weeks ago on a guaranteed 48 hour delivery. Item didn’t arrive. Contacted customer service a week ago, had one email reply to say they’d look into it, contacted them again, no reply. Absolutely terrible experience. I’m out of pocket and nobody is giving me any answers.”
