“NB always have the best of each collection and keep the stock up to date with some great seasonal sales. I always recommend to friends. They have been my go to shop each season and it’s great going into the Wilmslow shop for a good old traditional shopping experience and I always leave feeling great and well looked after with honest feedback and no sales patter. Jason”

“Product good, although would not buy from here due to returns not being free. My item wasn’t big enough, returned for a refund and ended up paying £7.99 for nothing - £2.99 for original postage and £5 for return!”

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our returns policy. The policy is available on our website for people to see before purchasing their items. Our returns service is also only an option, you are able to arrange the return yourself, but most customers do find our service is the cheaper option. We value all customers feed back and we will take this on board.

“I often use Norton Barrie online, simple easy to use website & returns policy, but we love a visit to the store in Wilmslow! Always receive a friendly welcome and a great cup of coffee! Knowledgeable team that know the stock, offer great advice, especially what looks good in larger sizes!!! Also brands that you don’t see anywhere else. You know it’s busy because the stock is always changing. Great shopping experience, don’t change anything!!”
