“NB have said my items were delivered but they haven’t. Royal Mail have a signature that looks like Niki & definitely not Antony(me). Since Covid any item I’ve signed for the Royal Mail delivery person has also taken a photo of my open front door….Ive not heard back from NB in a week or so which isn’t the kind of service i expect. I’ve been a good customer for a while but the lack of a positive resolution to this is quite frustrating. Regards Mr.A.Tudor”

Hi Antony, We are very sorry you are disappointed with our service we also share this frustration. Royal mail have photo proof of delivery at your address and as I mentioned Royal mail's protocol is that you have to wait 7 working days from delivery to put in a claim. We have been working with royal mail to investigate what could have happened. and we will be putting in the claim now we are able to. “Never visited the Store, but I will be sometime soon. The staff have gone above and beyond with my online orders. Had a great conversation with I can only assume was Naeem. He was very polite and was extremely knowledgeable about the Fashion line. Can highly recommend the Store and staff.”
