“Ordered a t shirt even got a email from parcel force to say it was on its way then to get an email to say they didn’t have it in stock but had it in 2 sizes too big for me”

Hi Daniel, Apologies for this. We had an XL in stock but when we came to pick the item we noticed it had a small hole in the polo shirt. We dispatched the item because we had picked the polo shirt but upon further inspection, we noticed the hole. We did have a 2XL in stock and wanted to offer it to you. “Absolutely fantastic experience. This is the first time I have purchased from Norton Barrie and the process was extremely smooth from beginning to end. The communication throughout was great, the tracking was accurate and delivery was extremely fast, within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately the item I ordered was too big but the returns process and refund was faultless with a refund in my account within days of returning the item. Very impressed with this company and look forward to a purchase I will keep.”

“First order from Norton Barrie so got a discount code which is always great , the delivery was also very quick. Would definitely order from here in future as they supply a few of my favourite brands & the item i ordered was out of stock from the brands website but available on this one.”
