Rubbish company will not use again. Sent wrong size so had to send back which took ages to get there, instead of sending the size I wanted they have given refund Evan thought my size is in stock, 0 stars

Hi Craig, Regrettably the wrong size item was sent to you by mistake. We emailed you a free returns label and wrote to you in the email 'Please could you also note in the parcel that you received the wrong size item so the correct size can get sent out to you as soon as possible.' Unfortunately there was no note or any indication in your parcel or returns form that this was an incorrect size item received and you required a new one therefore the returns team opened this and processed you a full refund for the jacket. Paid for next day delivery wasn’t shipped for another 4 days tried to contact customer services for shipping refund nightmare to get hold of.. avoid won’t shop here again.

Hi Brad, Your order was placed on Thursday and shipped the same day using Royal Mails tracked 24 service. Unfortunately due to the strikes with Royal Mail there were no deliveries made on Friday therefore this was delayed to the following week as this service also does not include weekends. When looking through our emails there have been no emails from yourself regarding this matter, our email address is enquiries@nortonbarrie.co.uk. Hi Ian, We are sorry your package has gone a miss with Royal Mail. We sent the item out via their Tracked 48 service which does indeed need a signature. On Royal Mail, it states that the item has been signed for by COOPER and delivered at 13:25, Friday 29 July 2022 but in the meantime, we have raised a claim on your behalf within 2 hours of you emailing ourselves and are awaiting Royal Mails' response which can take up to 7 days. As soon as we receive a response from Royal Mail then we can potentially help you further. I am sorry you feel aggrieved by this but when an item is Signed for and states it has been delivered it can take a few days for an investigation to sort. Kind Regards Emma

Started off well then went to pot. Good site and prices / delivery etc. Bought the belt/ wallet set( Valentino) £55 . As a treat don’t usually spend this on a belt . But after 6 hrs the belt has broke . It’s riveted into place and it’s failed. Phoned Norton Barrie and someone was going to phone me back . Never did. Not into leaving reviews but no option . For such a expensive belt I expected better . I’ve had Next ones lasted ages. Makes me wonder if it’s counterfeit. No doubt will be chasing a refund or replacement. Such a shame as all started well. If Norton Barrie cared about it’s customers and returning customers then engaging in dialogue would be a bonus. Especially when I was told I would get a phone call later that day. Best of it is I work night shift and stayed up most of the day. Wanting this resolved and no doubt will leave great feedback instead of this one

Shocking, Valentino slides fell apart after 1 day waiting for a refund, they are either selling counterfeit goods or Valentino is shocking quality!!

Hi Glen, I feel this 1-star review is quite unfair considering you sent us a message on Friday evening at 6:45pm and we replied on Friday evening stating we will email Valentino on Monday and process a refund for you on Monday. To then leave a 1-star review on Sunday afternoon accusing us of selling counterfeit goods when a pair of sliders have broken is unfair and unjust. As we said in our messages the refund will be processed tomorrow and there will be no need to send the slides back as we will speak to Valentino regarding the issue. Kind Regards Emma Norton Barrie

Not sure why I got a refund less than the value of the item? I accept not getting the postage costs back but to be taxed for something I will never understand. First time I used this company. I won’t be buying from you ever again.

Hi Andy, As you used our pre-paid tracked Royal Mail returns label to return your item, there is a cost for this of £3.99 which we deduct from your refund. You can use your own method of shipment to return your item but this usually costs more. This is stated in the returns section of our website. I'm sorry for the confusion in this instance. Hi Michael, I can see that you placed your order on Friday the 27th, this was delivered to you on Monday the 30th. Our next day delivery option is next working day which does not include weekends, if you needed your item for Saturday we do have a separate Saturday delivery option available. Hi Omar, I have just checked the item you orderered was a BOSS Polo Shirt in Charcoal size medium. This is the item we sent you on our systems and was checked on 3 different occasions through our process? If I could give zero stars for this customer service experience I would. Super disappointed. I purchased a jacket that I was super excited to buy; however, once I received the jacket - the zipper didn't zip properly. I could not get the jacket to zip one time. I contacted customer service and they sent me a YouTube video on how to work a zipper on a completely different jacket. Super rude. Then he said that I could return the jacket for $30. I thought that was an expensive deduction. After a few email exchanges, he agreed to send me a label to return the jacket at no cost. I drove one hour to a DHL location to send the jacket back. I received an email (2-3 days later) saying they thought the zipper worked just fine, so they would go ahead and deduct the $30 from my return anyway! He proceeded to send me emails about why I was in the wrong. Now they have the jacket and $30 of my $165 jacket. TERRIBLE customer service.

Hi Kim, we clearly stated on 24th Feb via email that if there was no fault with the item then a $30 deduction for the DHL return service would be deducted to your account. When we received the jacket back we sent you a video of the zip working perfectly fine with no issues whatsoever. I fail to see what more we could do here as you weren't willing to send the item back yourself and we had to orgainse for the jacket to be sent back to ourselves which was in perfectly good working order and not found to be faulty.

Although the customer service has been good. I’m stuck with a Holland and Copper jacket that is unfit for purpose. After just 30 mins in light rain I ended up with a soaking sleeve to my blouse worn underneath the jacket due to a faulty seam. Because the fault is not visible I’m unable to return the item and receive a refund. 😞

One of the trainers had been used for trying on in the shop showing wear .the was a knot in the lace and inside of the trainer was worn away

Never received my item and customer service does not respond to my emails . I believe they want to keep my money and not help me with finding my item that hasn’t arrived !!

Good morning Kelley, Unfortunately, due to public holidays in the UK, today is our first day back in the office since Christmas. I can confirm that once we were first notified of an issue on December 23rd we promptly responded and opened an investigation with DHL as they have marked the item as being delivered to the address on December 20th.
