Good morning, I apologise for any confusion caused. However, we can assure you that a full refund was processed back to the original payment method (Visa Card) on 02/07/21. Our 'Credit Memo' confirmation email detailed this, however, I can understand how this may have been confused, we will work to reword this email to save any future confusion. You will see your refund reflected in your bank account once the credit has cleared with your bank after 1-3 working days. Kind regards, Matt

“This was my second purchase from Norton Barrie and as with the previous time I was extremely pleased with the service and the clothes I purchased. My items qualified for free next day delivery and arrived by the following afternoon in nice packaging. The shirt and t-shirt were both great, and best prices out there.
