“Ordered a large Sony TV with no problems. Was sent a message 2 days later saying item dispatched. Had no updates at all for 4 days and was unable to track the passage. Contacted Andy at customer service who contacted the carrier and was told delivery would be same day between 2-4pm. Carrier eventually arrived after 5pm. I know it’s not the retailers fault I had no information from the carrier about delivery but customer service was very good.”

“I must say my purchase of the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity grill was so straight forward after Andy answering my questions regarding the availability of parts and the importers of the grill who are a reputable Irish company. The service and delivery was first class which I was kept informed of as there was a slight mixup They are a really customer focused company and I have no problem in recommending them. I have bought the cover from them afterwards even though they were a few euro dearer than other companies but with free delivery and reliability of service it is more than worth it.”

“My purchase was for a Shark vacuum cleaner. The price was very reasonable after comparing with other websites. I ordered the product on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday. The packaging was robust and I was extremely happy with the service and the vacuum cleaner. I would recommend this company to my friends.”
