“Product was advertised as 3 business day delivery and I planned myself accordingly took a week off from work ordering on the 15th so expecting the item latest next week on the 22nd of July. It’s 25th of July Thursday and still no delivery and the delivery company not even giving update on when it should be delivered. The customer service send me a chat gpt generated mail trying to justify why it took so long and I could get a refund. I know how to get a refund but you cost me a week off from work, more than two weeks with no delivery. If you refund me now I’ll just lose time which is also money.”

“This company was very helpful to us. Very knowledgeable. The Freesat box we bought was small and discreet. Lots of channels. Exactly what we wanted. Would have no hesitation in recommending northXsouth.”

“I recently purchased a BBQ and accessories from NorthXSouth, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andy from NorthXSouth went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did he match the price on the BBQ, but he also addressed an issue directly with the manufacturer, securing a free accessory worth nearly €400 for us. The product quality is excellent, and the shipping was prompt. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and felt assured that everything was being done to expedite my order. Exceptional service and highly recommended!”
