“The item was shipped promptly, however it arrived slightly damaged that occurred in transit. Once I contacted support, they offered a couple of solutions to rectify the issue which I was very happy with. This was my first order, but it certainly won’t be my last as the customer service was fantastic.”

“My experience with northXsouth was largely positive. Their customer support team was impressively responsive, addressing my inquiries promptly. However, my Kamado Joe didn't arrive on time. “Purchased a Flymo EasyLife 800 robot mower. This was added to a Flymo 1200R that i have been using. Simpel robot lawn mower just does the job at a good price. northXsouth sent the item to me very quickley i was delighted how fast it arrived. I would buy from them with confidence a genuine retailer.
