“Got my coffee machine really promptly and in perfect condition. It was consistently the best price I could find for the machine. Only complaint and it's not with NorthXSouth but DPD arrived 30 mins before their delivery slot and just left the machine on the doorstep. They did not call or didn't ring the doorbell. Obviously I know they don't want to be in contact with people in this current climate but I would expect them to at least ring the doorbell and / or contact phone as the package could easily be swiped from the doorstep in a busy estate.”
