“This company totally new to me and for a few breif minutes wondered if I had been scammed! Not to worry. The Induction Cook top by Bosch arrived sooner than I expected; the local electrician just happened to have time same day to install it. It replaced an unrliable gas cook top . As of now I have only one pot that works on the inducton - others are on the way. Could not be more pleased.”

“The item was shipped promptly, however it arrived slightly damaged that occurred in transit. Once I contacted support, they offered a couple of solutions to rectify the issue which I was very happy with. This was my first order, but it certainly won’t be my last as the customer service was fantastic.”
