“You can tell a lot about a company based on their customer service and working in the customer service business myself I have to say I was really impressed here. I had ordered a product on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day but unfortunately the wrong item was shipped. It really didn't bother me that the wrong item was shipped, these things happen and in the grand scheme of things right now it wasn't the end of the world. I emailed the support team explaining what had happened and wasn't expecting a reply until the following week. But within 20 minutes they replied with an apology,an appointment to deliver the correct item and pick up the wrong one. I just found that to be excellent service, no fuss and no messing about. I've purchased from nortXsouth before and will continue to do so again. Great products, great prices and great service. Can't ask for much more than that really.”
