“Awesome customer experience. I am based in Clonmel and usually buy from a national Electrical store who offer free store pick-up and there have always been issues, delays delivering, shocking customer service to the point I was ignored in store while staff had a personal chat. I bought a Ninja airfryer from northXsouth on Thursday and Kevin from DPD handed it over Friday afternoon at 4pm. Superbly efficient, I sent a quick question on email and had a reply from Ellie within an hour. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and as they offer free delivery this will now be my first port of call.”

“Item ordered was delivered quickly but no receipt was included and I had to contact northXsouth twice in order to get a copy of the receipt which I will need for guarantee purposes. Other than that, it was a straightforward and easy process to order the goods etc. A piece of the plastic from the corner of the Air Fryer was broken off when I unpacked it from its box when it was delivered to me, but I was able to glue it back in place.”

“Ordered a Freesat recordable box. I had issues with it not working. Immediate response from northXsouth. Gave me various options. I decided to keep the box but I think it would help customers if you point out Sky Q LNB won't work for Freesat. Great service over all.”

“Brilliant service , ordered a kettle for 99 euro on a Fri and was told delivery within 2 working days so was expecting it on Mon or Tues. It arrived the very next day on the Sat it was also at least 20 euro cheaper than anywhere else with no delivery fee . Will definitely order from here again 😁”
