“I ordered a therm 470ml by mistake. Immediately after the purchase, I contacted customer service to inform them and cancel the purchase. He told me to wait for the delivery to arrive and reject the package, then it would cancel straight away. I did exactly like that, but the delivery guy from DPD said that that wasn't the right procedure and that the company was aware of that. They have to call DPD to cancel it. I contacted customer service again, and now they told me that there is no refund. I have open a case on Paypal. I have the item unopened with me waiting for the collection. I won't pay any cancelation or collection. Very dissappointed with the service.”

As advised, we are unable to guarantee that any cancellation request is received in time to pull the order.
Additionally, as the flask was sent on an express service it could not be cancelled in transit.
Therefore we advised for you to refuse the delivery to avoid any return charges. This is a fairly standard procedure.
As you chose to accept the delivery we have invited you to return the goods at your convenience for a full refund.
As you placed the order via PayPal the return postages costs can be reclaimed from PP.

“I ordered a pink Chilly's cup and when it arrived, I realised it was far too big for my needs. I emailed northXsouth within the valid time frame to send it back and I never received a follow up email despite them saying they would send me one!! As a result I never received instructions as to how to send it back and get my money back. The good reviews about customer service I've read shock me as I received absolutely no communication from them. Now I am stuck with a 500ML cup that is far too big for daily use that I can't send back and my money gone. So disappointed. Will not be ordering from this company again and I advise others to stay away too. If problems arise, they will not help you at all.”

As discussed, we are of course happy to accept the return of your electric blanket on the condition that it has not been used/installed (or is faulty after use).
As you noted in our conversation that you were not satisfied with the heat this would suggest that it has indeed been set-up. As lower than desired heat may indicate a fault (rather than an subjective preference), we have offered to collect the item free of charge for testing.
We are particularly strict about returns for items of a personal nature for obvious reasons however this in line with our voluntary return policy provided pre-purchase and your rights as a consumer under the consumer rights act (formerly distance selling act) .
We have offered to collect the blanket for testing and we will certainly process a full refund if the blanket is found to be defective.
You might confirm by receipt. I have noted my details below for your convenience.
