“From my first contact, Andy Kilpatrick, responded immediately to my e-mail questions ( this was during a Bank Holiday weekend too ). His reply resulted in my order being placed. Delivery, to the UK, was completed as per Andy's forwarded info. It is so rare, these days, to achieve personal customer service up to this standard. All questions answered immediately plus product dispatched and received as promised .. oh and at a fantastic price too .. " Simply the Best ".
