“The Jamie Oliver teflon frying pan came in perfect condition. Price was fair, and shipping is cheap. Shipping time is fairly quick considering everything right now. Customer service was short and unreliable, since communication was unhelpful when I asked why my tracking number was invalid. Why give a tracking number at all then? Overall 5 stars for the products 4 stars for communication and 4 stars for shipping time. Note: maybe it's less wasteful to send a frying pan in a box similar to its size, and not a box that could easily fit 10+ of them stacked.”

“Even with the current situation worldwide, my order was dispatched as soon as they could. Ordered on Friday night, it was dispatched first thing Monday morning and I was brewing coffee by lunchtime on Tuesday. Thank you for such a quick and easy service, would definitely buy from here again.”
