“From my first contact, Andy Kilpatrick, responded immediately to my e-mail questions ( this was during a Bank Holiday weekend too ). His reply resulted in my order being placed. Delivery, to the UK, was completed as per Andy's forwarded info. It is so rare, these days, to achieve personal customer service up to this standard. All questions answered immediately plus product dispatched and received as promised .. oh and at a fantastic price too .. " Simply the Best ". “Having ordered a coffee machine at the lowest price on line my wife decided it wasn't the one she wanted. Unfortunately there was a problem obtaining a refund and I feared the worst. After contacting the managing director the problem was resolved within 24hrs restoring my faith in the company and customer service still existing in this day and age”
