“Great Service. I placed an order for 2 sets of Denby crockery one day last week & it came the next day! Great service. One of the breakfast bowls and one of the side plates were broken in transit.I sent a pic of the two items & they sent replacements the next day for the two items - no hassle. The Denby crockery was cheaper at northxsouth than the same set in Homestore & more.”

“I have no bad comments to say about this retailer. Website, payment process and postage was easy to go through. The product at 300ml is a little small if you have chunky food (pasta, veg soup). I should have gotten a larger one -but that's completely on me. The chilis food pot does keep food hot!! 👍”

“Purchase was easy, selection and prices very good. There was no email letting us know that the order has been shipped, so whilst we were still wondering what the delivery date might be, the driver was already calling to ask where to put the delivery. Very swift. Would have liked to be kept in the loop a bit better, though.”
