“I bought a Neff induction hob on Oct 17th. The info said delivery within 2-3 days. I contacted customer service after 4 days and no shipping updates. I was told they didn't have stock. It was to be ordered in and would be with me by end of the week. The hob had still not arrived by the following Monday. I contacted customer service again on Nov 2nd and was told it was going to be shipped that day and I would get a free tefal pan for my trouble. The hob was delivered next day, with no pan. I have my hob, it was a good price, but there was no communication and delivery estimates were way off. Best regards, Cian.”

Hi Cian, Thanks for your feedback. My apologies for the uncharacteristic delay in service. As advised the hob was ordered with a highlight 3-5 business day lead time as we were awaiting a large delivery from Neff. This was subsequently pushed back due to transit delays. “I am always wary of shopping online with a company I haven’t used before but cannot fault northXsouth. Delivery was fast even with a Dpd mix up and the product (shark steam cleaner) is exactly as expected and a bit of a better offer than elsewhere. Customer service was friendly and an actual person emailed me! Will use again”
