About North Bikes:

We are a small, independent company, based in the North of England, specializing in bicycles for all the family, with an emphasis on kids’ bikes.

Bikes have been a passion of ours since the late 1970s when it all began from a small shop in Idle, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

We believe in the bicycle - it’s a health tool, a transport solution, and a sport. A bike can unite friends and family for enjoyable days out, or extract your full potential in racing.

Over the course of 200 years, bicycles have undergone many changes and have transformed the way we travel, exercise and enjoy ourselves.

Against the backdrop that our society is continually facing concerning health and transportation challenges, we see bikes as part of the solution to the nation’s problems.

North Bikes is committed to encouraging people to get out on their bikes and enjoy the benefits of cycling!

“Great service and product. My only disappointment was the rear inner tube was punctured when the bike arrived.”

“Excellent customer service following recent purchase of my grand daughters frog bike. Scheduled despatch so that receipt would be on a convenient date and following receipt sent through assembly instructions and recommended you tube videos that proved helpful, with a suggestion to contact them should we have any issue. Would sedinately buy from them again and highly recommend.”

Was proved right as they were snowed with orders for Xmas and got in touch to update us, but made a special effort to expidite due to the nature of the order. What I particularly liked was that the team also emailed manuals for the bike so I was able to complete the last bits of assembly at home without any issues. “David at North Bikes was simply amazing. We ordered a Frog bike for our daughter’s birthday but the standard delivery times meant that it was unlikely it would arrive for her birthday. However when I emailed David, he said not to worry as they would prioritise her bike delivery to ensure it arrived on time. He was a good as his word, was constantly in touch and helped ensure the delivery notes for the courier were also clear so there were no issues with delivery. The bike arrived three days before her birthday and I could not recommend North Bikes more. The best customer service we have received from any company for years. Thanks to David we had an extremely happy little girl on her birthday! Thank you!!!”
