We are a small, independent company, based in the North of England, specializing in bicycles for all the family, with an emphasis on kids’ bikes.

Bikes have been a passion of ours since the late 1970s when it all began from a small shop in Idle, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

“Easy to order and came very promptly. If you are not a bike mechanic it took a long time to assemble as the handle bars, front brakes, and front wheel were all disassembled. Very poor instructions, dangerously so in the case of the front wheel locking hook (no instructions in the box at all). Still working on getting the front brakes right.”

“I feel like maybe the current pandemic maybe hindered the delivery of my purchase. With the purchase taking 5/6 days to arrive after a delay with the couriers. I anticipated it being much quicker.”

Hi Nicola, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the turnaround time from the point you placed your order to the time of receiving it. We tried to turn your order around as quickly as possible. The reason for the 5 day delivery was because your order was placed late on a Friday afternoon, so it would have missed the cut-off point for dispatch that day. Your order was dispatched on the next available dispatch day which was Monday. Also, delivery took 2 days instead of the usual 1, probably due to increased online demand affecting couriers in a difficult time.
