“We visited Norfolk with my parents, Mr & Mrs Ratty, as they were keen to see different stair lifts in action. Wanted to try them before investing in a stairlift. We found other companies didn't have a local showroom and sent Salesmen to sign them up without them seeing or trying one. We were delighted with the service from 1st visit to installation and aftercare calls. Thankyou Norfolk Stairlifts!”

“Absolutely Excellent service from start to finish, staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. Barry the engineer who arrived very punctual and has done a Brilliant job in a short period of time.. Difficult task due to narrow staircase but he achieved a satisfactory job. Thanks to you All”

“This morning as arranged, Ronnie came to fit our stairlift. He was very friendly, professional and efficient He worked tidily and quickly, hoovering up as required after drilling a hole through the wall. He demonstrated the stairlift comprehensively and made sure my partner was able to operate it easily. Nothing was too much trouble. With employees like Ronnie and the very competitive price we have been charged for the rental on this appliance, I would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stairlifts to any future customers”

“It was all left to my wife to deal with as I was in hospital, and Barry who came to install the lift was very pleasant and helpful on the instructions and demonstration to how to work the stair lift. I am satisfied to his workmanship and how neat he was with hiding the cables. First class job thank you, and highly recommend your company as to no high pressure sales at anytime.”

“We needed a stair lift for my dad after moving into a new property. Norfolk Stairlifts were able to come and give us full details and a quote promptly. They explained everything clearly and were able to fit the stairlift very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I would highly recommend this company. Surveyor Richard Minns was professional, efficient and friendly. After the quotation, manager Nick respected our request to hang back until a decision for purchase and installation had been made. Carol kept communications open and clear. Installation was at least a week sooner, as we had hoped, than projected even though the stairlift chosen came from the Netherlands. Installation by Richard and a technician went very smoothly and they overcame all hitches calmly and knowledgeably. We have no experience yet of aftercare service but I am sure from other reviews that it will be swift and efficient.”

“Can't fault the service and professionalism of all the staff. From first contact, visit to showroom and the installation of the stairlift. At all stages the options and the process was clearly explained and there was no sales pressure. Always happy to answer questions and repeat information as required. Thoroughly happy to recommend!”
