Richard from the Sales team came to do the survey and was very friendly, professional and informative and invited us to view the stairlifts in action at their showroom. We attended that same afternoon and were again most impressed and decided to proceed with ordering the Ergo platinum stairlift we had tried at the showroom. Richard advised us it could be supplied and fitted the following week. Barry, the installing engineer came just seven days later and arrived on time. Once again we were most impressed by his friendly approach and professionallism . The installation was completed in approximately four hours without any problems and Barry took care to give us all the information and instructions on operating the stairlift. We have had it for a week and have found it to be a real asset and both we, and our family, now feel much more secure and safe about negotiating the stairs. We cannot fault the whole process from start to finish - completed in just seven days - and our dealings with both Richard and Barry . We can thoroughly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts.”
