“Great service from website enquiry and call back site survey and fitting all within days all the staff professional and caring would highly recommend”
“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and their surveyor came out the same morning. By lunch time everything was sorted out and our order placed for installation a week later. The installation was very smooth and done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone for a stairlift and installation.
Thank you for your excellent service.”
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Having sent out an engineer on the same day, I’m pleased we were able to confirm all is well with your stairlift and we have stopped the slight noise by applying a little lubrication to the charging contact.
Don’t forget you’re covered by our comprehensive guarantee for 2 years. Just call if you need us!

“Richard was very easy to discuss our requirements with and gave excellent advice without being pushy. Very fair price agreed and prompt installation as requested. Kieron installed the stairlift with expertise and left everything clean and tidy. Very clear operating instructions given.
Financial business completed on the phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
We would recommend this company highly.”
“My parents are delighted with their new Autolift Module Air stairlift and my dad is now able to go upstairs and sleep in his own bed. Nick and Richard and in fact the whole team were very helpful and professional from my initial call to the completed installation. My parent's stairs are curved with a double turn in them but with careful measuring and some tweeks in the chair setup enabled the stairlift to work perfectly and still with room for my mum to still use the stairs as normal when she feels able to.”
“Everyone in the company we had contact with were very professional and caring. The service was very quick and the stairlift they installed is of a very high quality.”
“I have MND with both legs largely out of use. Our house is on a number of levels so we have had 2 stairlifts fitter (Otto Air 3000’s). These have transformed my ability to get round the house: otherwise l would have been marooned in one part of the house. Norfolk Stairlifts service has been very good and supportive. Thank you.”
“As an existing and very satisfied customer of Norfolk Stairlifts, I had no hesitation approaching them again when I needed a replacement for my 14-year-old re-conditioned model. The service provided by the company - from the first point of contact to the installation of my new (reconditioned) model - has been excellent. The team went out of their way to ensure that they could provide something suitable to my needs. Perfectly professional, friendly, and courteous in their dealings with me, their aftersales care and attention have been - and continue to be - first class. I am more than happy with my new stairlift and Norfolk Stairlifts.”
“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and requested a temporary Stairlift for am elderly relative .....a week before Christmas!..... Everyone I dealt with was helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with.
They made the whole process very easy and I had a Stairlift fitted 3 days before Christmas!
A* company.”
“We had the most helpful, speedy, positive service I think we’ve ever received from a company. The staff at Norfolk stairlifts were kind and understanding, taking into consideration our particular family situation and hurrying through a very affordable and quick installation. Can’t thank them enough…it’s made such a difference to my parents.”
“A professional company, who do a brilliant job. The installation went well and there was no evidence of work had been undertaken. Training was very helpful. The stair lift works wonders.”
“An easy and efficient transaction from start to finish, we were well advised as to what was needed, the installation was great, the finished stairlift is perfect.”
“Norfolk Stairlifts initially turn up quicker than expected We were quoted well with excellent advice. We were advised of the estimated delivery date. After we accepted the quote we advised the delivery date earlier than expected
Their fitter arrived exactly on time and installed the stairlift quickly and efficiently and left absolutely immaculate with nothing for me to clear up.
The stairlift is excellent and I am sure it will do everything it is supposed to do and when my wife is released from hospital, she will find it an excellent aid.”
