They came and gave me all the info I needed without any b s very efficient. Let me know when they were coming and successfully installed the stair lift. It has made life a lot easier. The on,y thing I would say is I found the instructions given verbally were slightly confusing , but other than that I am totally satisfied with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stair Lifts
