“I do have an elliptical trainer but do not have internet in my gym so use mobile data and do not at this stage want membership to be deducted after the 30 day free trial. “I called to enquire about a treadmill and from the discussion I had it would have been easy to walk away and not continue with the purchase. I was enquiring about the returns policy and Christmas delivery and the person I spoke to did not try to encourage me and hung up without asking me any questions at all. You could have almost lost the sale. The website is easy to use though”

“Hello - I found it very difficult to find the individual membership. iFit make it quite difficult to see their whole membership options. If I had not have done my research I would have easily assumed that they only do family membership plans, at nearly £100 extra. Trickster marketing there!”
