“"We'd love to hear what you think" What would you love to hear what I think about? The website, the purchase process, the product (that I don't yet have in my possession?). Also by forcing people to enter comments you're preventing a lot of people from leaving reviews. I mention this because I design data capture policies and analysis as a day job and this structure you have is not particularly good”

“I wanted to add an option to have it assembled (at a cost) and I could not do that. Also I was hoping for an estimated delivery date.
