“I found the process of updating my iFit subscription really confusing as the instructions were not clear. After trying numerous times I initially gave up, especially as the subscription charges on the original email did not add up. As a last ditch attempt I tried again this afternoon and after being transferred to the wrong number several times eventually spoke to Becky who was really helpful. She kindly sent me an email which I immediately opened and managed to renew my membership without further problems. If it hadn’t been for Becky I wouldn’t have bothered so a big thank you to her and for her help. She deserves a “very good” rating but I have to reduce it to reflect the rest of the process.”
