“Sales representative Fiorella was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with questions prior to sale, was super helpful and kind, she was a pleasure to speak with and her resolve to my price query lead to purchasing! She also stuck around to help me with completing the Klarna process, even offering to contact me after assisting another customer she was required to attend to. It's things like that which really make a difference to the customer experience. Thank you for making this such an easy and enjoyable process.”
