Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Poor service. Complained slats had not been delivered with bed. I received this reply: Our site does advise upon our delivery information that any orders placed with our free economy service that the goods may well be received on different days, couriers or deliveries within the 7-14 day delivery time frame. This is also due to high volumes of goods being processed within the couriers depot at a time so items can be split and allocated to different drivers or sections of the warehouse.”

“I purchased this bed and arrived with a fault emailed twice and no response. Unfortunately no way to phone them. I would strongly advise consumers to not purchase from this company.”

“We’ve been so happy with our little boy’s new bed. It’s so lovely, and really strong! We’ve also been delighted with the service. I ordered the wrong size mattress, and the staff spotted this and corrected it with me before anything was sent out, which really helped.”

“The shelf unit we ordered from Noa and Nani was the perfect answer to a shelf we needed for a newly decorated grandchildren's bedroom - for when they all come to stay in Devon. It was so easy to assemble and align, sensibly constructed and well designed. It looks fantastic and all the books we have collected over the years and some toys look great on it. It really complements the room.”

“Chest of drawers looks great once it’s actually built. Some of the holes that have been pre-drilled for screws had plywood inside them which made it very difficult to drill the very short screws into. Once you get past that, it was fine, easy instructions. The bases of each draw are like a thick cardboard and not very sturdy so not ideal to store heavy things in it, but okay for clothes etc. Never the less it looks really good when it’s up, and I would recommend for a cheap chest of drawers.”

“We ordered the Sofia bed, the order came on time, on the day I chose. Very happy with the bed itself and so are my children! the instructions were some of the easiest I’ve read - didn’t take much time to put up. I must say, this bed will not fit a standard height celling. (I stupidly only measured the downstairs celling height) but we cut the corners off the top and it fits perfectly and just as strong.”

“Excellent from the start of viewing their beautiful items through to delivery. I experienced a problem with the courier they were straight on it and delivered the next day. Customer service is excellent which is a rarety these days. Bistro set arrived very well packaged and protected and as stunning in real life as I expected. I have and will continue to recommend this company. Outstanding products at amazing prices and a well run business.”

“The bed itself is nice. Delivery was shocking though. Be warned it says 14 to 21 days but will be delivered within 2 days so you will have to wait in the house (and the delivery company tracking was incorrect and gave the wrong time) which meant 3 trips back and forth from work in between meetings to try and catch the driver!! This should have been explained when purchasing. Also be aware the bottom of the bed (drawers and pull out mattress) is not actually joined to the top bed so not connected at all. Still my daughter likes it.”

“Products on the site are all lovely but a lot were out of stock. The bed we chose is very nice and comfortable. I think it needs to be clearer that next day delivery only applies if you order before 9am as this isn't obvious. I was very impressed with the communication regarding my first order as I had ordered a bed but the wrong sized mattress and someone emailed me to let me know so that I could amend it.”

“This is a nice bed, the instructions are a bit unclear at the end when you supposed to fit the screws onto the slats and the desk, there is an awkward part when fitting them. There are like 30 screws that need hand screwing to the slats, takes ages and need to be done manually.”
