Poor service. Complained slats had not been delivered with bed. I received this reply:
Our site does advise upon our delivery information that any orders placed with our free economy service that the goods may well be received on different days, couriers or deliveries within the 7-14 day delivery time frame.
This is also due to high volumes of goods being processed within the couriers depot at a time so items can be split and allocated to different drivers or sections of the warehouse.
