I'd been looking for an orange 1.5 5dr Mini Cooper hatch with certain upgrade options for ages without success. Then yours popped up with nav, the bonnet stripes, heated sports seats and heated front windscreen my wife wanted. And as a bonus we found its also got front parking sensors, a head up display and Harman Kardon audio upgrade! Just had to buy it!
Steve James looked after us very well and handled the trade-in and handover. Steve was very efficient, professional, personable, very knowledgeable and clearly has very good people skills. He's an excellent ambassador for your company and was pleasure to deal with. The car was prepped and ready on the due date and there were no problems. The car came with only one key, and Steve arranged for the new key to be ready for the handover date and gave me good advice on how to program it.
