“We've been loyal NMJ customers for years. Yesterday I'm delighted to say that we collected our newest vehicle, bringing our successful car buying experience total with them to four.
So, why do we keep going back?
Firstly for the quality and range of their vehicles - varied to suit budgets and always spotless. NMJ might be on our doorstep, but I know that customers travel to them from all over the UK and beyond.
But most importantly for me there's their customer service and trust element - both the exchange/purchase experience itself and then ongoing through the servicing shop in Edlesborough, where both of our cars are looked after. Always excellent and efficient, with their friendly staff super keen to help, explain and get the best deal for their customers.
