“Saw Alan this morning took an x3 they had there for a test drive all well was given rhe usual talk about how great they were all fine car drove well, I liked the car and told Alan my husband would be in later to go through the paperwork side of things, he took my part x details and said he would call me within the hour to give me the numbers, great i thought good service, I went home 2 hours later a phone call to say "oh sorry I sold the car to a repeat customer " that's not good service at all we had started the process of buying the car and after spending some time looking for this one I was very relieved and felt in safe hands, they weren't they were pure greedy hands and that's not good service, Alan should have called me first to say there was someone else there and don't worry we will continue the process as you saw the car first. NOT GOOD SERVICE pure greed typical second hand car sales can't be trusted.”

I am sorry that you feel we have been unfair to you. You mentioned that you wanted your husband to come and drive the car later today. I was in the process of pricing your part exchange. However, we had a customer come in to us approx 30 minutes after you left and they purchased the car. I called you as soon as I knew the situation. Again I apologise.
