“After purchasing a car from NMJ and leaving a 5 star review 3 weeks ago. It became apparent after 2 days the vehicle I purchased for £15000 was overdue a service by 18mths and a brake fluid change 6mths. The vehicle purchased included a TLC pack which covers service costs, which I cant understand why NMJ had not taken to a Mini dealership prior to selling as this would have involved no cost to them. Today I have taken the vehicle to be serviced to find out there is also 3 manufacturer recalls outstanding that need to be resolved. Now without the car for a couple of days. They also sold me gap insurance on the day of collection and the industry guidelines require them to allow a period of 2 days once they confirm the cost to enable you to look elsewhere. This did not happen. Cancelled the insurance once I realised I can get a better product for almost a third of the price through Martin Lewis website. £130 rather than £360!
Whilst I don't believe they set out to deceive people, they are not as professional as they advertise
