“We have received excellent service from Tony Pollard, Senior Sales Exec at this garage. The process of changing our car was made easy and all the hard work was done for us. We are also impressed with the standard of the vehicles at this garage, particularly the one we have purchased. We have great faith in the reliability and integrity of this garage and have no hesitation in recommending it.”

“Came to view cars last Tuesday Robert came out to assist and couldnt have been more helpful and informative about all the cars we were interested in. One was of particular interest a lovely blue Vauxhall Mokka and we decided to part exchange my existing Vauxhall Meriva that I had purchased here just over 5 years ago. Knowing the quality of the cars here and the after care you receive we had no hesitation in deciding to part exchange and purchase this newer car. Robert has been exceptional and made the whole process quick and efficient and I cannot thank him enough....Kindest Regards Rebecca Salter (Mrs)”

“We've been loyal NMJ customers for years. Yesterday I'm delighted to say that we collected our newest vehicle, bringing our successful car buying experience total with them to four. So, why do we keep going back? Firstly for the quality and range of their vehicles - varied to suit budgets and always spotless. NMJ might be on our doorstep, but I know that customers travel to them from all over the UK and beyond. But most importantly for me there's their customer service and trust element - both the exchange/purchase experience itself and then ongoing through the servicing shop in Edlesborough, where both of our cars are looked after. Always excellent and efficient, with their friendly staff super keen to help, explain and get the best deal for their customers. Particular mentions on this occasion to Joe, and as always to Bobby in the Service shop :) . Full marks NMJ.”

“Joe has now been our NMJ 'little helper' for the last 3 cars and the service levels only get better and better. The attention to detail, the courtesy, the proactive nature of the support and endless patience are exemplary and will mean we will be back for the next one. Don't ever hesitate to trust NMJ.”

“We dealt with Joe who from the first of our meeting with him could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a vehicle from NMJ a few years ago and this was one of the reasons we looked again for another car. I would thouroughly recommend NMJ and Joe to family and friends,.”

“Our second car from NMJ and the service experience just keeps getting better! This time a Ford Focus for my Mum, from initial inquiry to signing the finance documents it was stress free! NMJ bent over backwards to get the car ready in less than a couple of days. Massive thanks to Tony for taking care of us.”
