“Hi Kevin, Your trade-in price was reasonable as was the new car price, and you probably know now that my enquiry resulted in sale. It has been pleasure dealing with NMJ Motorhouse and my wife and I are delighted with the new car. I'd been looking for an orange 1.5 5dr Mini Cooper hatch with certain upgrade options for ages without success. Then yours popped up with nav, the bonnet stripes, heated sports seats and heated front windscreen my wife wanted. And as a bonus we found its also got front parking sensors, a head up display and Harman Kardon audio upgrade! Just had to buy it! Steve James looked after us very well and handled the trade-in and handover. Steve was very efficient, professional, personable, very knowledgeable and clearly has very good people skills. He's an excellent ambassador for your company and was pleasure to deal with. The car was prepped and ready on the due date and there were no problems. The car came with only one key, and Steve arranged for the new key to be ready for the handover date and gave me good advice on how to program it. So just to say thank you to you and your organisation. I will be happy to buy from you again. I would like to leave a positive review for your company if you can advise how to do this. The car is exactly what I have been looking for for some time, and the customer care was second to none. The cost of change was reasonable and everything that was requested to be done to the car prior to collection, was done.”
