“NI Spares provided a very rapid delivery of a replacement for a broken Neff element. I chose the more expensive original Neff element rather than their cheaper 3rd party element. There was however no packaging or labelling to confirm the element to have been a genuine Neff product.”

“Good price, especially compared to the genuine Rangemaster carbon filters and delivery was quick, however no invoice was supplied which will put me off ordering again as an invoice was needed. **In answer to your reply, their was no VAT invoice attached to the despatch email or any email you sent me, as I double checked.”

“The equipment was exactly what I'd ordered and arrived in a sensibly packaged cardboard box. The minor issue i have is that i paid for express delivery (with 2 working days) but the item arraived outside of that window - I suspect as result of the festive period holidays, so won't hold that against... I won't hesitate to recommend”
